What is a Workflow?

A Workflow is a feature on the True Talent platform that allows Administrators to specify a chain of activities to guide the candidate process from start to finish, thus reducing administrative oversight.

Workflows can include multiple types of activities including, but not limited to:

Emails
Candidate payment
Instructions
Assessments
Scheduling at a PSI test center, etc.

When a Workflow is assigned, the candidate receives a URL that is unique to him/her. Thus, every time the candidate accesses their Workflow, the link automatically takes the candidate to the activity where they left off.
