I’ve verified my email address and completed the registration form. When will I receive confirmation of registration?

After you have verified your email address and completed the rest of the PSI registration form, we will review your application. The approval process normally takes 1 to 2 business days as our publishers require that we confirm your registration information.  After this time period, if you have not received an email from PSI regarding your registration status:

1. Check your SPAM folder.  If the registration status email is not there, proceed to Step #2.
2. Email PSI Technical Support for assistance.  Please provide them with the following information:
   • Description of the problem, e.g., You verified your email address, completed the online registration form, and checked your SPAM folder, but have not received an email regarding the status of your registration.
   • The date you completed the online registration form
   • Your name
   • Your email address
3. A member of our Technical Support team will contact you within 24 hours.
