I forgot my Password. What do I do now?

You will need to reset your Password – just follow these instructions:

1. Go to your Login URL.
   • Your Login URL was emailed to you after registering, along with your Login ID.
   • The URL will be https://tara.vitapowered.com/XXXX where “XXXX” is your client-specific portion of the URL.
2. Click the blue “Log in” button in the upper right corner.
3. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING.  Simply click the “Forgot password?” link.
4. Then, enter your “Username” or “Login ID.”
   • This was also confirmed to you via email when you first registered.
5. Enter the “Email” address you provided when you registered, and click the green “Next Step” button.
6. Leave your browser window open.
7. You will receive an email containing a verification code. Enter the code, and follow the prompts to reset your password.
8. You can now use your Login URL and your new Password to access your account.
