How to create a Custom Export?

Below is a brief outline of how to create a Custom Export.

  1. Click “Data Exports” under the Results tab (Screen #1)
  2. Click “Custom Reports” on the top right hand corner of the Report Viewer page (Screen #2)
  3. Click “New Export” (Screen #3)
  4. “Step One” fill in the export information and select the desired assessment to be exported, Click “Step 2” (Screen #4)
  5. “Step Two” select the data to include in the export (Screen #5)
  6. Click on the + to expand the sections to select or deselect data, Click “Step 3” (Screen #6)
  7. “Step Three” enter new display names if desired or change the order of the data, Click “Save Export” (Screen #7)
  8. Click “Create Export Request”- this will export the data (Screen #8)
  9. Click “Create Export Schedule”- this will create a scheduled export (Screen #8)
  10. Create Export Request- fill in the date range of the data and Click “Confirm Export Request (Screen #9)
  11. Click “View Request” (Screen #10)
  12. Click “Download File” (Screen #11)
