What is the candidate experience when using a Custom URL?

  1. Upon clicking the Custom URL, the candidate will be taken to a screen where he/she will enter the following information:  (Screen #1)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Login ID (A default Login ID is provided, but the candidate can change it.)
    • Postal Code
  2. Once all information is provided, the candidate will click “Continue” to create the candidate’s account in the PAN system.
  3. The assessment(s) associated with the Custom URL will automatically begin.
  4. Once the candidate completes the assessment(s), the Administrator will be notified via email.
  5. If desired by the Administrator, an email similar to the one shown below (Screen #2) can be automatically sent to the candidate to help with troubleshooting.
  6. If the candidate tries to access the Custom URL after the assessment has been completed, he/she will see this message:  “Your session has already been completed.”
