How can I view PSI system logs?

Site administrators can view the PSI System Logs by following the instructions below.

  1. Click “Logs” under the Setting tab.  (Screen #1)
  2. Click “System” from the drop down box under “Log Type”  (Screen #2)
  3. Select the time from you are searching for by using the “Start Date” and “End Date” (Screen #2)
    1. For a more detailed search you can select the “Specific User”, “Application”, and “Log Category”.
  4. Click “Search”. (Screen #2)
    1. You will be able to view the “Details”, “Date”, “Type”, and the “Server Origin” the system log generated from. (Screen #3)
  5. To view more detail on the System generate Logs Click “Details” under the desired log.   (Screen #3)
